Grudge Match: iPad 2 vs iPad 2

There's been much barking recently between Mark and Karl in the last several podcasts, and with iPad 2 nearly upon us, it's high-time these guys lay it on the line.
So it's time to throw down the gloves and have it out. Without further ado - Mark vs Karl iPad 2 Predictions:
(queue drum roll please...):
MARK's "CLAIRVOYANT" iPAD 2 PREDICTION
Hardware:
- New case design with flatter backing, thinner body
- No home button
- Dual-Core A8 1.2GHz Apple processor
- 9.7" screen
- Retina Display: 2048 x 1536
- 512 MB RAM
- 32GB, 64GB 128GB storage options
- SD card slot (no USB)
- Front facing 640 x 480 camera
- Rear facing 1MP/720p HD camera
- Enhanced speaker capability
- Same battery life
Software:

Free MobileMe with purchase of any iPad (or with any Apple iOS or OS X device)
- New gestures (allowing no home button)
- New Navigation software from Apple
- FaceTime
- iPhoto for iPad: Management features with ability to create albums, and store via connected hard drive or through SD card
Mark's Summary: "This will be a major update (as choices will emerge in the market place - not good one's, but none-the-less, choices). Current base iPad model will drop to $399, while new iPads start at $499 and go up accordingly."
KARL's KNOW-IT-ALL iPAD 2 PREDICTION

- New case design, thinner
- Dual-Core A5 1.2GHz Apple processor
- 9.7" screen
- Resolution: No change - 1024 x 768
- 512 RAM
- Same Storage 16GB, 32GB, 64GB
- No SD card slot
- iPod cameras (same specs)
- Enhanced speaker capability
- Battery life, unchanged
Software:
- New gestures
- FaceTime
Karl's Summary: "Apple will follow their traditional course of action, making iPad 2 a minor update. This will compete very well against the emerging competition, and leave room for a massive iPad 3 upgrade."
