Eric Schmidt: Please...

To believe anything Eric "creepy line" Schmidt says must mean you're a Google employee, or a big proponent of Kool-Aid drinking. Schmidt was at it again, revising his unprovable feelings while on Apple's board, stating "I was on the Apple board until I couldn’t stand it anymore.”
Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan perfectly states Schmidt's public life when he coined the phrase, "Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but not to his own facts." It seems Schmidt has a bad habit of pushing facts to the "creepy line" then crossing them with statements no one is likely to buy into.
In case anyone's memory needs refreshing, here are a few choice statements by Mr. Schmidt:
- “We know where you are. We know where you’ve been. We can more or less know what you’re thinking about.”
- “If you have something that you don’t want anyone to know maybe you shouldn’t be doing it in the first place”
- "Every young person one day will be entitled automatically to change his or her name on reaching adulthood in order to disown youthful hijinks stored on their friends’ social media sites.”
- “I ACTUALLY think most people don’t want Google to answer their questions, they want Google to tell them what they should be doing next."
- “We Want People To Be More Logged Into Google.”
- “Just remember when you post something, the computers remember forever”
Does anyone trust this guy, or this company? Granted, do we trust any company? It's wise to not do so, but with the business of Google (or Facebook), when you are gaining services for free, understand that as much of your information they can get their hands on, it will likely be taken and sold to the highest bidder – AKA: Used against you.
Eric is a guy who seems to like looking at the world through his rose colored glasses, reshaping history as he sees fit, while peering into yours.
